Gilberto Gil awarded by SACEM

Gilberto Gil will be awarded by SACEM in Paris, on November 25th, for his contribution to “World Music”. This award reflects his constant open approach of music, as we see him in “Viramundo”, where he plays with musicians from Aborigine territories of Australia, as well as from South Africa and Salvador de Bahia and Amazonia, in Brazil.
